vintage UNUSED Gulf Oil Paint Book Billy Visits Washington DC 12 pages deadstock

Hello,
For sale is a vintage "paint book" titled Billy Lee Visits Washington DC. This was a promotional book given out by the Gulf Motor Oil Company. It is one sheet of paper folded such that there are 12 pages. Eleven of those pages have small squares of watercolor paint that you mix mix with water so you can paint the pictures. There is no copyright on it, so it's hard to date, but based on the graphics, I'd place it in the early-to-mid 1950s. It is unused and in great shape, with only light edge and corner wear. There is a small penciled price in the upper left corner on the back. This price came from the previous owners, antiques dealers who retired 20 years ago. These had been boxed since then.
I haven't been able to find another one of these online, though I confess I only made a cursory search. I have five total.
