Donald Duck is in a (webbed)clawfoot bathtub playing with a little shark who has taken his bar of soap. There's a lever below the rim of the tub which can be moved left and then back just slightly pass the center (Note: Although the opening for the level goes all the way across, the lever goes left but upon returning, it stops just a little pass the center. I believe this mechanical action toy was manufactured this way as it does makes sense).  Pushing the lever to the left raises Donald's arm up, tilts his head downward with his mouth wide open in anticipation, and at the same time it moves the shark to the left. Push the level back to position and Donald attempts to hit the shark on the head with his brush but the little guy is too fast for him.  Made of plastic, the backside of Donald reads "Walt Disney Production Co. Made in Hong Hong" and the bottom reads: "Caution: not recommended for children under 3 years old".  It's approximately 5"L x 5"H, in good previously owned and played with vintage condition. As you can see in the photos, the seams have darkened over the decades. There's very minor fading and/or paint loss.
