These are the punch out cards for the vintage Disney Jigsaw Lotto game!
The cards are complete but do not come with the original box and do not come with instructions (very simple game - described below)

Vintage Jaymar Puzzle Game:

Game for 2-4 players
Remove the pieces from the cards and place them face up in the middle of the table.  Each player selects are card and at the signal all players try to fill their cards with the characters which fit the odd shaped holes.  The first player with a filled card is the winner.
