    This is a Townsend's Mole Skull (Scapanus Townsendii) It is the largest Mole in North America, measuring a little over 8 inches long. It has black velvety hair and is active year round. It is mainly a solitary animal who eats earth worms, small invertebrate and plant material.
    Mole Skull measures approx. 1 3/4 inches long by 7/8 of an inch wide.
