Material is a combination of poly china silk and lame. All flags ship USPS first class mail unless the order is large enough to use UPS. Add shipping for each additional flag.

We are a small family owned and operated business and are not open 24-7. We are typically in the office M-F (9-5 CST) except on Holidays. Flat Rate shipping fees are not negotiable, as they include handling charges. We try to upload tracking information within 24-48 hours.  Customer is responsible for tracking packages and reporting any delivery issues to us.  Feedback extortion and/or improper use of Feedback policy will be reported to Ebay.
